01. Think You Would Know An Innovation If You Saw One?

What is the first thing you think of when you hear the word “innovation”? A huge breakthrough in science or technology? It turns out, while most people would likely describe themselves as being innovative, their misconceptions about what innovation means severely limit them from innovative insight. In this first episode, I’ll share with you my definition of innovation, and how all of us can and should be innovative in our everyday lives—no matter your job title!
